Two teams sitting just outside of the top eight will battle it out in the early Friday night window when the Sharks host the Roosters.

The Roosters meanwhile, bounced back from a shock defeat to the Tigers to defeat the Dragons in Sam Walker’s return from an ACL injury.

The Roosters and Sharks are two of a clump of four teams on 22 points and a win tonight for either team would see them end Round 21 in the eight.

Veteran half Chad Townsend has been recalled for the Roosters after the injury to Hugo Savala. Tonight, Townsend will face the team he won a premiership with in 2016.
